Bella is a Senior Associate at Mitry Emerson Lewis Lawyers practising in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Bella graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) and Bachelor of Laws (Dean’s Merit List) from the University of Technology Sydney. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in early 2023.

Prior to working at Mitry Emerson Lewis, she worked at a mid-tier Sydney law firm and in the legal department of an Australian fintech provider, where she gained experience across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.

Bella has experience acting in complex contested proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She advises clients across a range of industries and has a particular interest in commercial disputes, including misleading or deceptive conduct claims, directors’ duties claims, shareholder disputes and corporate governance matters.

Bella also has experience advising clients on a broad range of general and corporate matters.
