Casey joined MEL Lawyers as a Practice Manager, responsible for the operational and business management of the firm. With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Casey has worked in senior roles across boutique and mid-sized firms, developing deep expertise in operations, finance, human resources, and business management.

Casey's approach is both strategic and practical. She understands that strong operational foundations are essential to delivering excellent client service and works behind the scenes to ensure the firm runs smoothly so the legal team can focus on what they do best - serving clients.

Prior to joining MEL, Casey worked with firms specialising in commercial law, iGaming regulation, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Her experience includes building operational infrastructure from the ground up and managing complex business operations in highly regulated legal environments.

Casey is currently completing her Bachelor of Laws and brings a deep understanding of both the operational and legal aspects of running a successful practice.
