Ed Noh is a lawyer in our property and commercial team. Prior to this, he worked in real estate finance and management consulting.

Ed graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Law and Commerce, majoring in Finance. He worked as an investment analyst in real estate funds management, and has helped advise on cross-border real estate investments for institutional and high net worth investors across different asset classes. He analysed equity and debt investment opportunities across the risk spectrum from acquisitions of core assets to lending for construction financing.

Ed advises and acts in a diverse range of commercial matters, including property transactions, complex commercial and retail leases, and financing agreements.

Outside of work, Ed is a (bad) golfer and enjoys reading.
