Stephen is an accredited specialist in workplace law with over 40 years of experience. Stephen is one of approximately forty solicitors in NSW accredited as a specialist in his field, having been accredited as a specialist when accreditation was first introduced by the NSW Law Society in 1994.

He has represented federal, state, and local governments, employers, executives, and industrial organisations across the full spectrum of jurisdictions in matters related to employment disputes, workplace investigations, discrimination law, WH&S matters, and effective workplace policies. Additionally, he brings considerable experience in administrative law, including ICAC proceedings and tribunal matters, as well as Retirement Village Law in NSW.
